While Eagle is a wonderful place throughout the year, the summer is when this town truly comes to life, especially during Eagle Fun Days, held every July. Eagle Fun Days is a family-friendly event where visitors can experience live music, car shows, parades, and more. Even when the town isn’t hosting events, many people gather at Heritage Park, especially on weekends when the park hosts the Saturday Market. The Saturday Market hosts many vendors, from local farmers to arts and crafts booths. It’s held every weekend from the late spring to early fall.

Beyond the downtown area, Eagle is known for its many beautiful parks and nature trails, including Merrill Park. Merrill Park’s amenities include walking trails, basketball courts, picnic areas, and a splash pad. Eagle is also just a short distance from Eagle Island State Park.
