About Hayden Richards

Hayden Richards is a Boise native with a strong appreciation for the community and opportunities the Treasure Valley offers. His entrepreneurial spirit began early, with a small lawn-mowing business that grew alongside his family and supported him as he earned a finance degree from Boise State University. 

After years in the landscape industry, building and leading a successful team, Hayden brought his practical experience and problem-solving mindset into real estate. Having lived in Boise, Meridian, and now Middleton with his wife and two kids, he understands how different neighborhoods fit different stages of life. 

Hayden is thoughtful, hardworking, and focused on helping clients find a home that truly fits—whether they’re buying, selling, or simply exploring what’s next.
